The Wheel, Reinvented.
SmartStrikes tracks every tranche of every position at the price you were actually assigned — not a blended average — and reconciles it straight to tastytrade and Fidelity. No spreadsheets, no manual entry, no drift.
Every number is reconciled to your broker's own transaction history — it can't silently drift from reality.
CAGR-driven thresholds turn "should I close this?" into a visible number, built around your own rules.
Account-level P&L sliced by underlying, week, and year — puts, calls, stock, and dividends, broken apart.
Tranche-level tracking and CAGR discipline are the spine of SmartStrikes. Everything else — sizing, charting, discovery — reinforces them.
The core differentiator. Cost basis by underlying and by ladder/strike position — tracked tranche by tranche, not blended into a single misleading average.
Custom CAGR surfaces high-premium-vs-risk strikes at a glance, then keeps watching after you're in the trade.
No dashboards to read or alerts to dig through — the state of every position is legible in the row you're already looking at.
The tick is your strike. Two short puts here sit against the same $14.24 stock — the $13.00 is clear, the $16.00 is through it.
Finding trades, sizing risk, and seeing the whole account — reinforcing the same two pillars above.
Grades how well an option matches the conditions of a strong cash-secured put, so you're not scanning chains by hand.
Surfaces the strikes worth a second look directly in the options table.
A grade plus a plain-language read on how well a stock actually fits the wheel strategy.
By underlying, by week, by year — and broken out by puts, calls, stock, and dividends.
See what's already working for you ahead of time, week by week.
Tells you how much capital you should have deployed given current volatility — a genuinely differentiated, discipline-enforcing feature.
Visualize the probable range so strike selection is grounded, not guessed.
CAGR thresholds and many other parameters, so SmartStrikes molds to your rules instead of forcing its own.
Optionally bring your own LLM API key to get an observational read on your open positions — flags things that may be worth a second look.
Supporting feature — not investment adviceSmartStrikes reads your account through credentials you create yourself, scoped how you choose. Here's exactly what that involves and what protects it.
SmartStrikes connects to tastytrade to read your positions and transactions. This is required even if you only plan to import history from another broker — the Fidelity CSV import supplements your tastytrade connection, it doesn't replace it.
Sign-in to SmartStrikes itself is handled through Google. It's the only sign-in method currently supported, and it's what your stored connection is keyed to, so only you can reach it.
Because you create OAuth credentials on tastytrade's site, your actual brokerage login never passes through SmartStrikes at all.
We ask you to connect with a read-only grant, and every feature works with one. SmartStrikes never places, routes, or transmits an order — you trade in your own broker, as always.
Stored grants are sealed with AES-256-GCM under a key that is injected as a server secret and never leaves it. The stored data alone is unusable.
The only credential your browser holds is an access token that expires in minutes — so even a compromised page has nothing durable to steal.
Disconnect from inside SmartStrikes, or revoke the grant from tastytrade's side. Either one cuts access immediately and permanently.
If tastytrade ever rejects a stored grant, it's deleted rather than retried — you're asked to reconnect instead of leaving a dead credential sitting around.
Your positions, transactions, and results exist for one purpose: showing them back to you inside the app. We do not sell personal information, and we never share your financial data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketers — there is no version of this product where your trading history is the thing being monetized. Your subscription is.
The only outside parties that touch your data are the infrastructure providers required to run the service — hosting, authentication, and Stripe for payment processing — each limited to what their function requires. The one exception is entirely yours to make: if you turn on the optional AI analysis using your own API key, the positions you ask about are sent to the provider you chose. Leave it off and nothing goes to any AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
SmartStrikes is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by tastytrade, Fidelity, or any other broker. Your relationship with your broker is governed solely by your agreements with them.

Live, reconciled account data from tastytrade today, plus CSV import from Fidelity and tastytrade exports. The underlying architecture is built to add more brokers over time.
Yes. SmartStrikes connects to tastytrade to read your positions and transactions, so an active tastytrade account is required — including if you only intend to import history from another broker. The Fidelity CSV import adds to your tastytrade connection rather than replacing it.
Yes. Signing in to SmartStrikes is handled through Google, and it's currently the only supported sign-in method. Your stored brokerage connection is keyed to that Google identity, so only you can reach it.
No. Your positions and transactions are used to show you your own results in the app, nothing else. We don't sell personal information and we don't share your financial data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketers. The only outside parties involved are the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, authentication, and Stripe for payments) — plus, only if you choose to enable the optional AI analysis with your own API key, the provider you selected.
No. SmartStrikes is a position-tracking and analytics tool — it surfaces numbers from your own account so you can make your own decisions. The optional AI feature offers an observational read on open positions; it does not make recommendations or place trades.
You're automatically moved to the plan you selected — monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
Yes, from inside the app. There's no minimum commitment on either plan.
Your tastytrade password is never entered into SmartStrikes at all — you create your own OAuth credentials on tastytrade's site, and we recommend read-only scope, which every feature works with. Those credentials leave your browser once and are never returned to it; they're encrypted at rest server-side, and your browser only ever holds an access token that expires in minutes.
